You are responsible for:
– Participate in the strategic development and operational implementation of the purchasing strategy for sustainable, cost- and quality-optimized material and service supply as well as cost reduction and standardization
– Selection of suppliers (national, international), their support & evaluation taking into account targets at the WITTUR Group location
– Preparing, agreeing and conducting price and contact negotiations under “Total Cost of Ownership” aspects
– Monitoring compliance with contracts & measuring the success of bundling & cost reduction initiatives
– Timely identification of purchasing risks & derivation of appropriate measures
– Supporting scheduling problems in the purchasing process as well as enforcing claims and initiating compensation measures
– Maintaining inventory of goods at optional levels
– Recording orders & framework contracts, master data maintenance, appointment tracking, price & invoice verification
