Starting September 1, 2025, we are looking for a dedicated Freight Processing Clerk (m/f/d) for a permanent position.
We are a medium-sized company that has been closely associated with modern concepts in electrical and mechanical drive technology in Europe for many years.
Your Responsibilities:
• Processing all import and export freight orders
• Preparation and review of shipping documents (e.g., waybills, customs documents)
• Customs clearance for imports and exports (clearance for free circulation, special customs clearance)
• Coordination with freight forwarders and other service providers
• Monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery
Your Profile:
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification – knowledge of import and export processing is mandatory
• Good English skills for optimal communication with our international business partners
