Your Responsibilities:
– Sales Area Manager for the Baden-Württemberg region, with disciplinary management of approximately 70 employees at seven locations
– Strategic and operational sales and service management in the office and field sales department
– Responsibility for the formulation and implementation of the regional market and service strategy and the resulting annual targets
– Area responsibility for order intake, sales, and earnings development
– Strategic customer development, networking with market and technology leaders, as well as participation in committees and associations, participation in trade fairs and customer events
Your Qualifications:
– Technical studies, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering with a focus on technical sales, or a comparable qualification
– Experience in a senior sales role as well as experience in strategic sales and sales planning
– Proven success in customer acquisition and negotiation
– Very good knowledge of the use of digital tools and systems
– Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
