WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT.
▪ You will manage extensive, complex development projects for our products in the field of drive technology.
▪ You will plan the realisation of projects from concept development to series launch.
▪ You coordinate the work of international teams in terms of costs, time and quality
▪ You are actively involved in the application and further development of our agile project management concepts
▪ You ensure appropriate documentation & present the project results internally & externally.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU.
▪ Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering / mechatronics or similar.
▪ At least 5-7 years of experience in managing development projects up to series production readiness (industrial environment)
▪ Sound knowledge of classic & agile project management methods
▪ Good knowledge of the development of electrical / electronic circuits
▪ Structured way of working, ability to work in a team & very good communication skills
▪ Very good German & English
