– Services as well as hardware and software (ZFA components) in the areas of electrical wholesalers, municipal utilities/energy suppliers, planning offices, energy consultants, and industrial customers
– Systematic development of new customer contacts
– Competent support of our customer base and Strengthening customer loyalty
– Maintaining contact with potential customers
– Documenting sales activities in CRM
– Creating customer-specific concepts with the support of our technical support team
– Project support from quotation to contract conclusion
– Presenting NZR at national trade fairs/in-house exhibitions
