The new HMI Hygienic Line – an HMI that enables users to communicate with machines or systems – is an industrial-grade all-in-one solution that meets the highest protection standards and is available to users in various versions.
We have expanded our portfolio with a stainless steel HMI from the new “HMI Hygienic Line.” This new product provides our customers with a robust touchscreen with a high-performance IPC that meets the highest protection standards. This makes it suitable for use in demanding production environments and hygiene-sensitive areas such as the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Norbert Hubov, Key Account Manager at Schubert System Elektronik, explains: “Our new HMI Hygienic Line is an industrial-grade all-in-one solution. All components, including the hardware and display, are housed in a sterile stainless steel housing. Users thus benefit from a space-saving and modular design.”
Design development according to EHEDG guidelines
When developing the new HMI Hygienic Line, we placed great emphasis on a clear and EHEDG-compliant design language.
Norbert Hubov explains: “The acronym EHEDG stands for European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group. The organization supports companies in the food industry in ensuring high-quality systems for safe food production. Since our customers package food, the EHEDG guidelines are binding for us.”
