Whether it is about feeding and removing cast iron engine blocks or assembling air filter cartridges, whether storage boxes need to be stacked or lidded drums need to be turned – wherever such and similar handling, positioning and conveyor technology tasks need to be handled in industry, the system solutions of the German intralogistics specialist EXPRESSO have proven their worth. In most cases, they are based on the mobile lifting devices of the lift2move series or the pneumatic or electric load handlers of the BalanceLift type. At second glance, however, it becomes clear that hardly any solution is the same as another; almost every one is unique and tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. The necessary variability of EXPRESSO’s handling and transport devices is based on their modular design and the company’s engineering know-how. “But at least equally important is that we are able to delve deeply into our customers’ material flow processes and, on the basis of our consulting and engineering skills as well as comprehensive support from area sales managers, project managers, designers and service teams, implement innovative problem solutions for intralogistics. In doing so, we usually go far beyond the standard,” says division manager Oliver Stauch-Vaupel. From this perspective, it makes sense that EXPRESSO is not only presenting some of its system products as examples at this year’s Logistics & Automation, but in particular all those services and tools that play a key role in the implementation of customer- and industry-specific complete solutions. “This time, our exhibition stand will primarily focus on topics that characterize around 80 percent of our project business,” emphasizes Oliver Stauch-Vaupel.
