AIRplus® air cushion systems for filling, securing, padding or wrapping

AIRplus air cushions can be produced in various shapes directly at the packing station as and when required, thereby saving valuable storage space. AIRplus machine solutions can be integrated into existing packing processes – including in combination with automated packing lines and storage containers at the packing station. Pre-packaged products can be perfectly secured in shipping cartons using AIRplus Void, as the large air cushions fill empty spaces perfectly.
The medium and small air cushions in the AIRplus Cushion and AIRplus Bubble ranges are particularly flexible, enabling them to reliably cushion, secure and wrap a wide variety of products.
With its innovative, wave-shaped structure, AIRplus Wrap film is an ideal alternative to traditional bubble wrap. Fragile goods can be wrapped particularly tightly with the air cushions and are thus protected as effectively as possible.
