The ConTrax® Assembly System is a state-of-the-art assembly transport system that optimises the manufacturing process by transporting workpieces from one assembly station to the next. The system is flexible, enables simple customisation and allows quick changes to the track guidance. This means that conventional conveyor technology, consisting of roller conveyors or conveyor belts, is efficiently optimised, expanded and more easily scalable – without having to redesign the entire system in the event of product changes. In addition, the retrofitting of stations is significantly simplified.
