With a new combination of high-performance cameras, intelligent illumination and specialised algorithms, even tiny defects are automatically detected. With the LumiTrax™ mirror reflection mode, several images can be generated from one image sequence, depending on the application, so that users can select the image data relevant to the defect in question. The LED pointers built into each of these cameras also allow us to immediately define the area to be captured during the installation of the system.
Inline 3D inspection system for measuring and inspection tasks:
With our multispectral 3D measurement system, you can take simple, automated measurements. This system relies on a high-resolution CMOS sensor, four LED projectors and a telecentric lens package – which produces depth-sharp 3D colour images for any application and inline. Application areas include:
– Printed circuit boards/solder joints: Height inspection of assembled parts, solder joint inspections.
– Welding: weld seam inspection
– Medical consumables: cap inspection
– Ceramics: protective cover inspection
