The KXR Series is a modern AC servo system designed for highly dynamic positioning and motion control applications. The series combines high-performance servo technology with an integrated battery-free absolute encoder and EtherCAT communication. Thanks to high rotational speeds, fast control response, and precise encoder technology, the KXR Series is particularly well suited for robotics, packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and demanding multi-axis applications.

• Maintenance-free absolute encoder with solid-state battery – no external battery replacement required
• High dynamic performance with speeds up to 7,000 rpm and control bandwidth ≥ 3.5 kHz

• EtherCAT communication integrated as standard
• Safety functions: STO (Safe Torque Off) and SS1
• Supports Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE)
• Planetary gear options available with low backlash
• Compatible with DGII hollow rotary actuators for compact rotary axis solutions
• 300° rotatable metal connector for flexible cable routing; IP67 protection class
