Our Bin Picking System delivers the perfect combination of hardware & software. The newly developed 3D search uses four separate cameras to create a 3D image – so optimal results can be achieved without dead zones. As a result, your components are stably detected, regardless of position or orientation.
The automatic calculation of the optimal robot path incl. gripper significantly reduces the time required to create robot programmes. At the same time, stable operation can be guaranteed. In addition, unnecessary corrections after commissioning can be avoided in advance by simulating the bin picking concept.
