symmedia Hub

The symmedia Hub is a cloud-based, IEC 62443-certified platform for secure digital collaboration in mechanical engineering. It connects machine manufacturers and operators and provides a central foundation for modern service processes – also with regard to requirements such as NIS2.

As a multi-tenant platform, the symmedia Hub enables the management of machines from different manufacturers and technologies in one place. At the same time, each tenant retains full control over their data and access rights at all times.

Machines, service histories, documentation, and relevant data are brought together in a structured way and made accessible at any time. Service requests can be centrally recorded as tickets, managed, and fully documented.

The symmedia Hub also enables secure remote maintenance and supports service teams in analyzing and resolving issues more quickly.
