Are you ready?<\/p>\n
You have successfully completed a technical degree or technical training (e.g. mechanical engineering, plant engineering, design, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics).
\nYou have at least 2 years of \u201cdesign know-how\u201d in special-purpose machine construction, the automation industry or plant engineering.
\nYou are familiar with CAD systems and are proficient in using Solid Works.
\nYou are also happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
\nYou are fluent in German (C1) and have a good knowledge of English (B2).<\/p>\n

YOUR TASKS
\nWe are looking for a full-time Controller (m\/f\/d) to join our team in Paderborn as soon as possible, with the opportunity to work according to a hybrid working model.<\/p>\n
As a controller, you will help us to exceed company targets. Your tasks: <\/p>\n
Strategic & Operational Controlling: Independent development of controlling, including production controlling.
\nBusiness planning: Supporting management in preparing the annual business plan and business forecasts.
\nProcess optimization: Identification and implementation of optimization potential.
\nReporting and recommendations for action: Preparation of monthly and annual reports and formulation of recommendations for action based on financial analyses and risk forecasts.
\nUse of controlling tools: Selection, introduction and regular evaluation of suitable tools.<\/p>\n
