– Equipment installation, maintenance and repair in international field service
\n– Instruction and training of customers
\n– Customer care (CRM) and reporting
\n– Independent planning of operations in collaboration with the field service group leader
\n– Revision and optimization of devices at the headquarters or at the customer’s site
\n– Market observation, as well as identifying weak points and opportunities for improvement
\n– Supervision of test positions and experiments<\/p>\n
We expect:<\/p>\n
– Knowledge of the construction of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components, as well as complex systems
\n– confident handling of technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams
\n– Knowledge of quality and safety regulations
\n– good written and spoken English knowledge
\n– Good knowledge of spoken and written French is desirable
