Your Responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as the development of employees in the responsible group
\n\u2013 Responsibility for order management of component orders at our international locations
\n\u2013 Optimization of processes with regard to digitalization and the use of software tools
\n\u2013 Ensuring and further developing material management for our international locations
\n\u2013 Monitoring key performance indicators and deriving measures and recommendations for action<\/p>\n
Your Qualifications:
\n\u2013 Business administration or technical degree or comparable qualification
\n\u2013 Several years of professional experience in order management
\n\u2013 Experience in process change and change management
\n\u2013 Competence in results-oriented communication with different interfaces and hierarchical levels
\n\u2013 Experience in leading, managing, and developing a group
\n\u2013 Solid knowledge of SAP (MM, SD, and CRM)
\n\u2013 Fluent written and spoken German and English<\/p>\n
