Your Responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Sales Area Manager for the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg region, with disciplinary management of approximately 70 employees at seven locations
\n\u2013 Strategic and operational sales and service management in the office and field sales department
\n\u2013 Responsibility for the formulation and implementation of the regional market and service strategy and the resulting annual targets
\n\u2013 Area responsibility for order intake, sales, and earnings development
\n\u2013 Strategic customer development, networking with market and technology leaders, as well as participation in committees and associations, participation in trade fairs and customer events<\/p>\n
Your Qualifications:
\n\u2013 Technical studies, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering with a focus on technical sales, or a comparable qualification
\n\u2013 Experience in a senior sales role as well as experience in strategic sales and sales planning
\n\u2013 Proven success in customer acquisition and negotiation
\n\u2013 Very good knowledge of the use of digital tools and systems
\n\u2013 Very good written and spoken German and good English skills<\/p>\n
