Normally there is a gap of 0.5 mm between the cover glass and the PCAP touch module. This is usually not a problem, but in the worst case, strong weather-related fluctuations outdoors can lead to condensation forming in precisely this space. This means that the HMI can no longer be used.
\nIn the liquid bonding process, a liquid silicone layer is introduced between the cover glass and the PCAP touch module, and excess material is then removed again using a vacuum process. The cavity is now filled, the device is also more stable and there is no risk of condensation.
\nThe KN-C.Wizard G models also score with higher backlighting. 600 instead of the usual 500 candelas make it easier for the user to operate the HMI even on sunny days.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
The new KN-C.715G-WEB.Wizard in 15″ with good readability outdoors and protection against condensation<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":72163,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_api_id":"40468","_exhibitors":["66011"],"footnotes":""},"edition":[475],"country":[],"class_list":["post-71992","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","edition-all-about-automation-hamburg-2025"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/71992","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/71992\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":72086,"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/71992\/revisions\/72086"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/72163"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=71992"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"edition","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/edition?post=71992"},{"taxonomy":"country","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.hamburg.empack-messen.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/country?post=71992"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
