This electronic module was specially developed for controlling cost-effective hydraulic positioning drives that use proportional valves without integrated electronics and piston position measurement. It offers optimized control functions for path-dependent braking and the NC control mode, with high accuracy and stability.<\/p>\n
**Main functions and features:**
\n– **Control modes:** Control of the movement cycle via external position and speed specifications. Particularly robust and easy to parameterize in SDD mode, in NC mode via internal profile generator with constant speed.<\/p>\n
– **Optimized commissioning:** The integrated ACA function (Automatic Commissioning Assistance) scales the sensor, measures the valve and automatically adjusts the control parameters.<\/p>\n
– **Flexibility:** Simple script programming enables the input and output signals as well as the functionality to be adapted to special requirements.
\n– **Intuitive parameterization:** Supported by the WPC-300 software, including a software wizard for quick commissioning and troubleshooting. <\/p>\n
